The flavor of hotaruika (firefly squid) harmonizes perfectly with the taste of shiroebi (white shrimp), creating a delightful crispy texture that makes it hard to stop eating.

Shiroebi senbei (white shrimp crackers) are referred to as the 'jewels of Toyama Bay,' made with shiroebi, Toyama rice 'Tentakaku,' and spring water from the Tateyama Mountains. Hinoideya Seika, which values local production for local consumption, has created this exquisite product. After numerous trials and errors, it was released in 1998 and has since been loved as a Toyama specialty.
